Ensure the smoothness of bookings with our partners

Missions

As part of the Operations team, you are responsible for the smoothness of transactions (bookings/orders) of our clients with our partners; You support and train our partners in using their REJOLT account; You control, monitor, and resolve any incidents encountered on the transactions performed;

Main tasks:

· Monitor and control online booking requests from our clients.

· Assist our partners in positively responding to our clients

· Manage booking-related incidents and resolve them:

· Make every effort to meet our clients' needs while considering the partners' capabilities,

· Ensure contact with partners (restaurants, caterers, event venues, hotels),

· Advise our clients on their professional business meals,

· Maintain an excellent relationship with our partners (restaurants, caterers, event venues, hotels),

· Manage incident processing in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction.

· Be the guarantor of client satisfaction,

· Support and train our partners in using their Business Table account: Operations Director

· Apply internal procedures when processing files.

· Participate in the deployment of the tool, its evolution, and its use. Full-time, Permanent contract

· Participate in the preparation of weekly service reports.

· Work independently with a team spirit.

· Partnership functions: Affiliate Management, Business Developer

· Essential knowledge (expertise): In the field of online services and high-volume operations, experience in B2B

· Essential knowledge (tools): office suite, booking tools

· Required certifications or qualifications: Bac +2/3, you have training in commerce, tourism, communication or event management

· Expected level of experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar position preferably with experience in hospitality/restoration

· Knowledge of the hospitality/restoration/event sector is a plus

· Languages: Fluent English, other languages appreciated (German, Spanish).
