This privacy policy applies to the use of the REJOLT Site and Services, as described in the terms of use.

The User acknowledges and agrees that any download of the REJOLT application, any navigation on the Site, as well as generally any use of the Services, implies the express and prior acceptance of this privacy policy.

REJOLT reserves the right to modify this privacy policy. In this context, the User is invited to check regularly, particularly each time they use the Services, whether any changes have been made to the privacy policy.

1. Data Controller and Recipients

The collected data is processed by SAS REJOLT, with a capital of 100,270 euros, registered with the Paris RCS under number 444 336 317 ("REJOLT"), the data controller.

Data collected as part of the Services' operation is intended for REJOLT (commercial, marketing and financial services depending on the data concerned).

REJOLT will nevertheless transmit some of this data under the following conditions:

to Service Providers to enable the User and other participants to benefit from the Services

to companies to which REJOLT has entrusted service provisions related to the Services such as credit card processing, it being understood that these companies are contractually bound to protect all personal data transmitted to them in this context;

2. Data, Processing Purposes and Legal Bases

The categories of personal data collected by REJOLT are mainly the following:

identification data of the User, as well as other participants,

banking data for Direct Users.

identification data of the User, as well as other participants.

location data

restaurant data.

professional data (civility, surname, first name, position, company, phone and email address)

If the User makes a reservation on behalf of a third party or invites other participants, the User is responsible for entering information concerning such third party(ies). The User must obtain the consent of third parties before communicating personal information concerning them to REJOLT.

Data collected by REJOLT is used for the following purposes:

as part of the Services' operation:

creation and management of the User's account;

operation of the Services and in particular reservation management;

publication of user reviews

improvement of Services;

detection of fraudulent activities or security breaches of the Services, and related prosecution;

response to a legal communication request;

as part of the promotion of promotional offers from Service Providers

as part of reporting and statistical analysis

Data whose collection is necessary to benefit from the Services are marked with an asterisk when collected.

Processing is carried out on the following legal bases:

execution of a contract to which the User is a party,

legitimate interests of REJOLT in order to:

respect contractual commitments made with companies benefiting from a framework agreement

carry out actions to improve and target services and promotion

Geolocation

Specifically regarding the geolocation feature, its activation is necessary if the User wishes to fully use the various features of the Services.

The geolocation device allows REJOLT to offer the User a personalized and fast service, to suggest Service Providers close to them.

The User has the right to revoke this authorization at any time. They can therefore deactivate this device at any time. The User nevertheless acknowledges that deactivating the geolocation function will render certain features of the Services inoperative.

Push notifications

The push notification feature of the REJOLT application allows the User to receive messages (in text form) of an operational nature (information on their current reservation), informative (information on a product or service) and promotional (information on an offer likely to interest the User) even if the REJOLT application is closed.

Using the "push notification" feature of the REJOLT application requires the User's prior consent. For this, the User must activate, if they wish, the "push notification" function directly in the settings of their mobile terminal and accept that the REJOLT application may use it.

This feature can be deactivated at any time, free of charge.

3. User Rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, the User may exercise the following rights regarding personal data concerning them:

right of access, rectification, opposition and erasure;

right to limitation of processing

right to data portability

right for the User to define their directives regarding the retention, erasure and communication of their personal data after their death.

These rights can be exercised by email at the following address: REJOLT - Customer Service, 8 Place Boulnois, 75017 Paris, accompanied by a copy of the User's identity document.

The User can also modify their data by logging into their User account.

Finally, the User is informed that they can file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in France).

4. Retention Period

The User's identification data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship as well as for a period of 3 years from the end of the contract, unless the User exercises their right to erasure of data concerning them.

The User's location data is anonymized within a short time after recording.

Data necessary for compliance with a legal obligation is retained in accordance with current provisions (particularly those provided by the Commercial Code, Civil Code and Consumer Code).

5. Cookies

When using the Services, cookies and other similar technologies (hereinafter "cookies") may be installed on the User's browsing software.

Cookies enable in particular to collect information relating to the User's navigation.

Cookies used by REJOLT have the purpose of enabling navigation on the Site and use of the Services.

Cookies that may be placed on the User's terminal have different functionalities:

Strictly necessary cookies, which are essential to use REJOLT Services;

Functionality cookies, which mainly aim to improve navigation on the Site and use of the Services;

Advertising cookies, which allow to offer the User targeted advertising as well as to limit the number of times the User sees an advertisement and to help measure the effectiveness of an advertising campaign;

Statistical cookies, which allow REJOLT to measure the audience of all or part of the Site and thus establish statistics and know the volumes and origin of traffic.

REJOLT also installs social network applications on the Site pages, which allow the User to share content with other people.

These applications may allow the social network to identify the User even if they have not used the corresponding social button if the User's account with the social network is open. As REJOLT does not control these applications or services, it is recommended that the User review the privacy policies of these third parties in order to implement appropriate actions accordingly.

The User can oppose the installation and recording of cookies or configure their browser so that it announces the download of cookies and asks the User for their agreement on a case-by-case basis.

On the CNIL website (www.cnil.fr) there are practical explanations indicating how to control the "Privacy" settings of your terminal.

The User is however warned that certain features of the Services may no longer be used or will function in degraded mode if the User refuses the installation of cookies.

6. Security

REJOLT has implemented security procedures to protect personal information stored on its systems. For example, REJOLT limits access to this personal information to employees who, in its reasonable judgment, need to know it.

However, Users' attention is drawn to the fact that, although REJOLT implements appropriate technical and organizational means to ensure protection against unauthorized or illegal processing of personal information and against any accidental loss, damage or destruction thereof, it cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal data.

REJOLT: refers to SAS REJOLT, with a capital of 100,270 euros, registered with the Paris RCS under number 444 336 317, whose registered office is located at 8, place Boulnois, 75017 Paris, which publishes the REJOLT Site and provides the Services.

Terms of Use: refers to all of these general terms of use and specific terms of use.

Provider Content: refers to elements of the Provider profile provided to REJOLT by the Provider or that the Provider has authorized REJOLT to upload to the REJOLT Site, including dish and beverage prices, average meal price, chef's name, restaurant availability, menu, calendar, restaurant themes and restaurant photos.

User Content: refers to all elements provided by the User on the REJOLT Site, consisting in particular of text, document, image, photo, review or right of reply.

Participant: refers to the person invited during a service

Service Providers: refers to restaurants, caterers, hotels and other service providers listed on the REJOLT Site.

Offline Reservation: refers to the file whose specifications are submitted online on the REJOLT Site, the user has not selected a service provider, so the search for Service Providers is done by a REJOLT Account Manager. Also refers to the file when the briefing was done by email or phone and therefore the specifications were entered on the User's account.

Online Reservation: the reservation request is made online (on the REJOLT Site) and Service Providers have been preselected by the User.

Site (REJOLT): refers to all web and mobile sites accessible at the address www.rejolt.com and REJOLT mobile applications.

Company: company that has entered into a framework agreement with REJOLT under which in particular Authorized Users can use the Services.

Online Reservation: the reservation request is made online (on the REJOLT Site) and Service Providers have been preselected by the User.

User: refers to any natural person over 18 years old, capable of entering into contracts, visiting the REJOLT Site and/or holding an account on the REJOLT Site. The User can log in and use the Services:

as an employee of a Company authorized by said Company to create an Account. They are in this case referred to as "Authorized User", or

for direct professional use. They are in this case referred to as "Direct User"
