Missions

Mission:

In close collaboration with the Sales Director, your mission will be to:

- Ensure excellent follow-up of key account clients

- Ensure the follow-up of account plans as defined

- Prepare regular reviews and meetings with our clients

- Establish a trusting relationship with our key account clients by helping them maximize their performance by offering products or services aligned with their challenges.

- Develop our clients' activities with services and subsidiaries, in France and internationally

Main tasks:

- Prepare and organize performance review agendas and client meetings according to account plans

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize account performance indicators

- Propose areas for improvement and participate in their implementation

- Master the organization, the needs of our key account clientsGeneral Director

- Know the key contacts and ensure the proper updating of relational information in our toolsAdministrative and financial management, payroll service

- Anticipate the needs and actions necessary to support the accounts: Full-time, Permanent contract

- Prepare account renewals and participate in negotiations

- Identify opportunities for performance development
