Optimize the administrative and operational management processes of human resources within the company.
Main tasks:
. Carry out the administrative follow-up of personnel management (contracts, absences, medical visits, declarations to social organizations, etc.)
· Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job offers to onboarding new employees
· Implement the continuous professional training plan and ensure its follow-up
· Ensure coordination and administrative support for relations between the employer and employee representative bodies
· Respond to employees' questions regarding various aspects related to human resources
· Collect and verify the information necessary for the preparation of payslips and follow up on payroll operations in connection with the accounting department
· Follow the HR action plan, anticipate needs and actions
· Ensure office management
