Be responsible for the proper administrative management of our talents.

Missions

Optimize the administrative and operational management processes of human resources within the company.

Main tasks:

. Carry out the administrative follow-up of personnel management (contracts, absences, medical visits, declarations to social organizations, etc.)

· Participate in the recruitment process, from posting job offers to onboarding new employees

· Implement the continuous professional training plan and ensure its follow-up

· Ensure coordination and administrative support for relations between the employer and employee representative bodies

· Respond to employees' questions regarding various aspects related to human resources

· Collect and verify the information necessary for the preparation of payslips and follow up on payroll operations in connection with the accounting department

· Follow the HR action plan, anticipate needs and actions

· Ensure office management

. Mastery of operations related to human resources management

· Know and organize the logistics of recruitment and training

· Update individual employee files (change of situation, career development, etc.)

· Ensure the administrative management of training

· Carry out the administrative management of contracts

· Inform staff about social legislation and the company's specificities

. Know and master a payroll management tool and HR files, Payfit is a plus.

· Ensure regulatory and legislative monitoring

Desired profile and skills

BAC+4/5 education

Fluent English

First experience within a company in the same position.

Knowledge of the event industry in a broad sense (restaurants, caterers, hotels, agencies…) is a plus
