As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the first point of contact between REJOLT and our BtoB prospects (event organizers within companies)
Your objective? Identify, qualify, and generate qualified leads for our Account Managers. You play a key role in our customer acquisition strategy.
Your main activities
· Prospect leads (inbound & outbound) via email, phone, LinkedIn, events, etc.
· Qualify incoming leads (via CRM, form, etc.) and convert them into business opportunities
· Rigorously update the CRM (HubSpot)
· Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize acquisition campaigns
· Participate in the continuous improvement of Sales processes
