Missions

- You assist our clients in managing their event (business meals, catering requests, study days / seminars, events).

- You suggest suitable partners based on your clients' needs

- You are responsible for the conversion rate of commercial proposals

- You are responsible for Customer Satisfaction and compliance with our SLAs

Main tasks:

- Advise our clients on their professional events

- Suggest suitable partners based on clients' needs

- Train and support your clients in using their dedicated platform

- Be responsible for the project from briefing to confirmation with our partners

- Provide constant support to your clients in following up on their professional events

- Continuously develop a perfect knowledge of partners to propose them to our clients

- Build a strong relationship with Major Accounts to retain them: Operations Director

- Apply internal procedures when processing requests

- Participate in the deployment of the platform, its evolution, and its use. Full-time, Permanent contract

- Participate in the editing of weekly reports on the service.

Level of responsibilities and decision-making scope:

Responsible for excellence in case follow-up and providing solutions to our clients

Ability to be reactive in decision-making while respecting the Service processes

Work location and environment:

- 8 Place Boulnois, Paris 17th, Ternes metro: starting from €25k gross annual fixed + bonuses, salary according to profile and experience

- Our offices are located in the heart of a very commercial district, overlooking a quiet square, in the heart of Paris, easily accessible by public transport

Hours:

- From Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm

- On Friday from 9 am to 5 pm

Expected start date: As soon as possible

Required skills

- Only applications with prior experience in the event field will be considered

- Interest in MICE/business meals with major accounts, online services, B2B experience

- Office suite, booking tools

- Bac +2/3, you have training in commerce, tourism, communication, or events

- Expected level of experience: 1 year in a similar position with preferably experience in hospitality/restaurant/event sector company

- Excellent knowledge of the hospitality/restaurant/event sector

Languages: Fluent English and/or Spanish, other languages appreciated.
