We are looking for an intern for 4 to 6 months for this position. This is not an apprenticeship or a short-term internship.
You will support the strong growth of REJOLT, ensuring that our offer meets the demands of our clients while guaranteeing the satisfaction of our partners.
You will work directly with the affiliation team, which covers the three aspects of partner relations: acquisition, renegotiation, and retention.
More concretely, your missions will be as follows:
· Training: ensure that our partners fully understand how the platform works from their registration on it (welcome calls, thematic training, etc.).
· Assistance:ensure the satisfaction of our partners by addressing their information requests and ensuring their understanding of their contractual commitments.
· Loyalty: participate in implementing action plans to limit churn.
· Follow-up: ensure privileged follow-up of key partners (business reviews, dedicated contacts).
Your role will have a direct impact on the quality of the offer provided to our partners. This is a springboard internship to develop strong commercial and relational skills in a rapidly growing environment.
